Mustapha Benzia spoke at a press conference ahead of tomorrow’s match against Valenciennes.

After a long suspension, how do you feel about this big return to competition?

MB : I’ve been suspended for a while now. I’m feeling good now. I’m looking forward to getting back out on the pitch and competing. There’s a great team to play against. I can’t wait to get back out on the pitch.

You’ve followed the last five games from the stands. What did you think of the team’s performance?

MB : There have been some interesting things, and some things we could improve on. We’re on a good run. We’re making progress, with and without the ball. Our attitudes are good too. All the lights are green.

The match against Valenciennes promises to be tough. What do you expect from this match?

MB : I’m expecting a good match, in a beautiful stadium, against a great team. They’ve changed coach since the first leg. They have quality players and are unbeaten in 2025. We’re going to play a great team, and we’re doing well too. We need to keep the momentum going.
