Clément Bassin spoke at a press conference before the match against Quevilly.

FCR have won two games in a row. The aim now is to follow that up.

CB: Of course. We’re on a two-game winning streak and our aim is to keep it going and finish as high as possible.

How are you approaching the match against Quevilly on Friday?

CB: We’re preparing for it in the same way as all our other games, but we know it has a special flavour. We need to stay focused and calm. Respect the instructions given.

You still have vivid memories of the match. Can you tell us about it?

CB: The first leg was very special. It was the first real match against QRM. It had a special flavour. We managed to win it by playing a serious game. The atmosphere was great. Everyone got into the game. It was great. A great memory.

FC Rouen will be considered an away club, but will enjoy exceptional support.

CB: We all know that the stadium will be red and white. This crowd has helped us win a lot of games. We know how important they are, and we’ll need them again on Friday to win this match.
