The Football Club de Rouen 1899 is pleased to announce that Tarkan Ser will soon take up the position of President.
Tarkan Ser will take over the reins of the FCR with the ambition of pursuing its development and flying the Red Devils’ colors. His arrival marks a new stage in our structuring, with the aim of strengthening the club’s sporting dynamic.
Already present and involved in the club’s decisions through his role as majority shareholder since the takeover of FCR in June 2024, the Turkish businessman will now take on an additional role.
FC Rouen 1899 would like to warmly thank Iwan Postel for his commitment and the work he has accomplished over the last few months.
