FC Rouen 1899 is proud to announce the signing of Victor Tilliez’s first contract. The young striker, who trained at the club, will join the first team in the National league for the 2025-2026 season. He will wear the number 17 jersey.
Victor arrived in 2020 and has progressed through all the stages of the red and white training program, from the U16s to the National team. A true product of our training program, he stood out this season by finishing as joint top scorer in the R1 championship with 15 goals.
This signing confirms the club’s desire to rely on its young talents and promote the Rouen training program. Victor will proudly wear our colors as he continues to write his story with FCR.

FC Rouen 1899 is pleased to announce the contract extension of its iconic defender, Clément Bassin. The third most capped player in the club’s history with 314 appearances for FCR, the club’s homegrown talent will continue to wear the red and white jersey next season with the same grit and determination.
