FCR wins again in Saint-Brieuc

National

3 October 2025

Effective after the break and solid throughout, FCR wins in Saint-Brieuc. Rouen wins its fourth game in a row, the fourth without conceding a goal.

The match started well for Rouen. One after another, L’Hostis saved shots from Titebah (8′) and then Seydi (9′). After these early chances, FCR struggled to make an impact again, despite a few crosses. For Saint-Brieuc, the best chance fell to Yobé, who missed the target from a good position in the box (30′).

After the break, the breakthrough finally came from the unstoppable Idrissa Seydi, who scored his fourth goal in four games with the Red Devils! Benzia launched Bassin, who crossed for Abi to deflect at the near post, and Seydi was on hand to push it in at the far post (0-1, 56′).

At the end of the game, Saint-Brieuc tried to create some danger with crosses and free kicks into the box. The defense remained solid and Temperton made a fine save from a powerful shot (82′). FCR maintained their lead, held on for the win and recorded their fourth victory in a row, the fourth without conceding a goal. The National leaders remain on course!
