FCR lost for the fourth time this season. In Dijon, the Red Devils had the chances, but never found the net.
Despite a thick fog around the pitch, the match quickly got into gear. FCR got their foot on the ball and tried to create danger. But the passes and strikes lacked precision. Rouen were unfortunately punished after half an hour. On a counter-attack led by Djae, Duville Parsemain was at the conclusion (1-0, 29′).
Five minutes later, Aït Moujane then Diarra on the same action missed the opportunity to equalize and Rouen were behind at the break.
After the break, FCR continued to be less efficient. Aït Moujane missed the target, Diarra was thwarted by Delecroix, Mbock also missed a good opportunity. Sanson was the only one to find the net from a corner, in added time, but his goal was disallowed for a not very obvious offside…
FCR therefore did not score and lost by one goal to Dijon.
