FCR played a good game at Marcel Picot in the last match of the season. The Red Devils ended the season with a draw at champions Nancy.

Temperton was quickly called into action, but made the save (4′). The Red Devils responded with a shot from Ferrah (11′). Then Ferrah opened the scoring with a fine left-footed strike, well set up by Letono in the box (0-1, 27′). The Nancy champions almost equalized immediately with a goal from Evans (1-1, 33′). Injured in the action, Allée was forced to make way for Touré (35′). Mbock replaced Goprou at half-time (46′).

In the second half, Nancy pressed harder on the Rouen goal. Temperton deflected a shot at the edge of the box, Evans followed up and shot over (53′). The Rouen goalkeeper made another fine save twenty minutes later (75′). FCR was not to be outdone, with chances for Letono, which were on target but saved (50′, 71′, 77′). And above all with a free kick from Mbock that was pushed away by the crossbar by Kouini, who seemed beaten (85′).

The score remained 1-1. FC Rouen ended its 2024-2025 season with a draw at Nancy.
