Former coach of the Red Devils, Romain is thoroughly familiar with the club’s identity and values. His return is part of a clear desire to structure and strengthen the sporting project, with the ambition of laying the foundations for a sustainable dynamic for the coming seasons.

As Technical Director, he will be responsible for overseeing the association’s entire sporting policy. His tasks include coordinating the various categories, implementing a consistent working methodology, training educators, and developing the training program. He will work to nurture local talent and create a solid bridge between the football academy, the youth teams, and the senior teams.

This appointment is fully in line with the club’s strategy of ensuring continuity in the training program and strengthening the identity of FC Rouen 1899.
