Omar Bezzekhami spoke at the press conference before the match against Boulogne-sur-Mer.

FCR took a point against Dijon. How do you feel about the match?

OB: In view of the previous games, it was important to stop this negative spiral. We could have lost it, but we could also have won it with a few good moments. The most important thing was to regain our defensive solidity after conceding so many goals in previous games.

You’re back in the starting line-up with Mus and Malik. Two players you know well.

OB: We played a lot of games together in previous years. They’re players I know well. We’re able to find each other well on the pitch, to find each other without looking for each other. But that’s also the case with Ahmad, with whom we played well last season, and Abdellah, with whom we get on well in training.

Rouen takes on Boulogne on Friday. What are the keys to bringing something back?

OB: Boulogne are having a great season. Their ranking is well-deserved. They’re in the euphoria of going up. They have a certain carefree attitude, which you can see on the pitch. We need to rediscover a certain solidarity and rigor. It’s a good game to play against a good team. We’ll have to put in the ingredients to get a positive result.
