The management of FC Rouen was interviewed by the National Management Control Directorate (DNCG). Following this review, the DNCG issued a favorable opinion.
This decision validates the rigorous and responsible management carried out by the club’s management. The club is thus authorized to play in the National league for the 2025-2026 season, with a cap on payroll.
FC Rouen warmly thanks all of its partners, institutions, supporters, and volunteers for their trust and unwavering support, as well as the association for its collaboration. With this milestone achieved, the club can now turn its full attention to the future and its sporting objectives for the coming season.
