INSTAGRAM COMPETITION RULES: WIN A FC ROUEN CAR!
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER
The competition is organized by FC Rouen 1899, whose head office is located at 177 Boulevard de L Yser 76000 Rouen, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The competition is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in mainland France, with the exception of members of the Organizer’s staff and their families.
To take part, you must meet all the conditions set out in the contest’s Instagram post.
ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
– Entries to the competition are open from December 24, 2024 at 00:00 to January 2, 2025 at 23:59.
– To validate their entry, participants must:
1. Follow the official Instagram account @fcrouen1899.
2. Follow the instructions specified in the contest post.
Any incomplete, erroneous or fraudulent entries will be automatically cancelled.
ARTICLE 4: DESIGNATION OF WINNER
The draw, supervised by a bailiff, will take place on January 3, 2025.
The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram. They will have 7 calendar days to confirm their acceptance of the prize. Failing this, a new draw will be held.
ARTICLE 5: PRIZE
The prize is a Toyota car, model Aygo, worth €17,258.50.
The car must be collected in Rouen, at the following address: Stade Robert Diochon, Avenue des Canadiens, 76140 Le Petit-Quevilly. The Organizer will not be responsible for any transport or registration costs.
Furthermore, it is not possible to request the equivalent value of the car in euros.
Registration and insurance costs are the responsibility of the winner. They are estimated respectively at between €150 and €200 for registration, and between €500 and €1,000 per year for insurance. The cost of insurance depends on the driver’s profile, bonus-malus, use of the vehicle and coverage chosen.
ARTICLE 6: LIABILITY
The Organizer shall not be held liable:
– In the event of non-receipt of the message informing the winner,
– For any delay or problem in collecting the car from the winner,
– In the event of force majeure preventing the contest from taking place or continuing.
ARTICLE 7: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
The rules can be consulted free of charge on request via our website www.fcrouen.fr.
ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA
The data collected in the context of this game is intended exclusively for the Organizer and will only be used to manage the contest. It will be deleted at the end of the contest, unless required by law.
ARTICLE 9: DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to this contest must be sent in writing (e-mail or letter) to the Organizer within 30 days of the end of the contest.
ARTICLE 10: IMAGE RIGHTS
By taking part in the competition, participants accept that their image may be used by the Organizer as part of the communication linked to the competition (announcement of the winner, promotion of the event, etc.), on the Organizer’s digital and physical media, in particular on social networks, the website and advertising media.
This use will be free of charge and for a maximum period of 12 months from the end of the contest. Participants may exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting the Organizer at the following address: communication@fcr1899.com.
