A second striker arrives at FC Rouen

Club

19 January 2025

FC Rouen 1899 is delighted to announce the signing of another striker, Sérigne Faye.

A young Senegalese prospect aged 20, Sérigne is a very powerful and physically impressive striker. The team will be able to count on his speed and immediate impact.

Trained at Montpellier before moving on to Spanish club Granada, this recruitment is part of an ambitious approach guided by the desire to strengthen the team on a long-term basis with a quality player capable of bringing real sporting added value, even at the highest level.

Discreet at the start of the mercato, the club has opted for patience, favouring the right moment and the right opportunities to attract quality players. Coveted, but above all motivated to be part of our project, these profiles meet our sporting and human requirements. Patience has paid off!

Our new number 28 arrived in Rouen this weekend to undergo medical tests and commit to a 2? season contract. Ready and fit, the player will start training with his new teammates tomorrow morning.

Welcome to the Red Devils, Sérigne!
