During this challenging period in sports, FC Rouen 1899 is facing a situation that once again calls for everyone to step up and take responsibility.
Since the start of the season, the club has been committed to working in a calm and positive atmosphere, strengthening its bond with all of its fans, whose dedication and loyalty are a vital source of strength, both at home and on the road.
After several weeks without a win, we understand and share the frustration—and even anger—of this period.
The events that occurred during our last match do not reflect the values of FC Rouen 1899, nor the image we wish to project. A regrettable exchange took place between a player and a supporter.

We would like to remind everyone, however, that respect must be mutual. FC Rouen 1899 cannot tolerate insults or any form of misconduct toward its players, staff, or supporters.
Today more than ever, the club needs unity. There are four regular-season games remaining, three of which will be played at our Robert Diochon Stadium. Anything is still possible on the field.
We call on all FC Rouen 1899 fans to rally behind the team for this final stretch. The club’s history has always been shaped by passion, but also by solidarity and respect.
At the end of the season, the club will take the necessary step back to analyze this period and learn from it.
Until then, we must remain focused on what matters most, with the hope that this season can end on a high note. Anything is still possible.
The club will take the necessary internal measures to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again.
