How do I get my ticket from the online ticket office?

1) Go to the club’s online ticket office:

2) Log in to your ticket office account:

3) Take your subscriber card and select the number highlighted in green (not the subscriber number):

4) Enter your number in the tab at the top left once you have logged into your account: “If you have a promotional code, enter it in the box below to unlock your benefits.” Make sure you enter the 7-digit number at the bottom of your membership card (this is not your membership number)!

5) Your code has been successfully registered, so you can take advantage of the promotion:

7) Select the “SUBSCRIBER PROMOTION” rate from the drop-down menu:

8) You can now take advantage of the subscriber promotion. Click on “continue to payment” and you will receive your free ticket by email.

Important:

If you do not have internet access, a web account, or an email address, if you have multiple cards in the same name, or if you are not comfortable with online reservations, you can ask a friend or family member to make the reservation for you or to give them the free ticket. Simply give them the number at the bottom of your subscriber card so that your friend or family member can receive the free ticket.
