5 August 2025

At the Marcel-Billard stadium, FC Rouen ended their preseason with a draw against CMS Oissel.

On Tuesday evening, FCR played their seventh and final preseason match against Oissel, three days before the start of the National league. The match, played in two 30-minute halves, ended in a 1-1 draw.

Shortly before the tenth minute, Cartillier sent a strong cross into the six-yard box, which was pushed into the goal by an Oissel defender (1-0, 9′). After the break, Ba-Sy came close with a long-range shot that narrowly missed the target (37′), while two earlier moves initiated by Cartillier failed to produce a goal. Finally, with five minutes remaining, Oissel equalized (1-1, 55′).

The two teams ended the match with a draw. Rouen finished their preseason undefeated (4 wins, 3 draws) and will begin their National campaign on Friday against Fleury.
