Second successful trial run for FCR

The Red Devils put in another strong performance in their second preseason match. FCR defeated UNFP FC.

In the midst of a training camp in Forges-les-Eaux and intense preparations, the Red Devils played another strong preseason match against UNFP FC, securing their second victory in two games.

After conceding the opening goal from a corner (0-1, 9′), the Red Devils reacted ten minutes later to equalize, just as they had done against Francs Borains. Thanks to some fine play between Faye, Fuss, and Rocha, the latter scored with his right foot from close range (1-1, 18′). The scorer turned provider before the half-hour mark, cleverly setting up Abi to score the second goal (2-1, 29′).

The match ended with Rouen holding a one-goal advantage, despite opportunities for both sides to change the score. The Red Devils, who have now won their first two matches of the summer, will continue their campaign on Saturday in Alizay against Wasquehal.
