In their first game of the summer after two intense weeks of training, the Red Devils put in a superb performance against Francs Borains, winning 4-1.
A determined FCR beat Francs Borains in their first preseason game of the summer. Strong in spirit, they reacted quickly after the Belgian team opened the scoring (0-1, 10′), and strong in spirit again as Rouen scored four headers.
On a good pass from Bezzekhami, Egny equalized (1-1, 18′). Gerbeaud gave FCR the lead a few minutes later (2-1, 25′). Yaguoubi scored the third goal (3-1, 62′) before Mendy sealed Rouen’s victory (4-1, 75′).
FCR ended two great weeks of preparation with a good performance and a win. The Red Devils will now go on a training camp starting Monday, in a new week marked by two preparatory matches.
