Rouen and Quevilly Play to a Draw

After a strong first half that went unrewarded, Rouen struggled more after the break and were never able to break through against Quevilly.

Rouen started the match strongly. Quickly put in a good position by a cross from Fuss, Ba-Sy hit the post (3′)… There were a few more chances to note for the Red Devils, who were well in the game. But with no goals to show for their efforts, they nearly paid the price on a header by Mandengue, magnificently tipped away by Maraval (23′). Djoco responded before halftime, stretching to save a header by Seydi (40′).

After the break, Rouen struggled to create chances. There were plenty of crosses, but they rarely threatened the Quevilly defense or Djoco. At the other end, Bouneb, well-positioned, narrowly missed the target (66′). Sylva hit the crossbar with a long-range shot (68′), as did Ndiaye with a header (86′).
